NASSAU COUNTY, NY — The New York Jets were dealt a blow in their opening night match with Buffalo. In just four snaps, Aaron Rodgers suffered a season-ending Achilles injury.

In commemorating the 9/11 anniversary, Rodgers led his new team on the field at MetLife Stadium during the pre-game festivities.

"To think that Aaron Rodgers' Jet career may be about him running out of the tunnel with an American flag," former WFAN host, Mike Francesa, another Long Islander, said on his podcast Monday night.

"I will always be a Jets fan and I love them, but last night felt like a funeral," Schwartz said. "I really can't get over what I saw last night."
