ICYMI: Pro Bowlers Head To Long Island For Tour Event
The BVL Open, which concludes June 12 in Rockville Centre, with proceeds going to a veteran's charity.
ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — The women's pro bowlers are coming to Rockville Centre for a tour event. Maple Lanes hosts the BVL Open from June 6-12 starting with the "Pro-Am" competition.
Lanes owner Joe LaSpina said: "The bowling community is awesome. It's kind of an under-the-radar community. All of our bowlers are excited about it."
Proceeds from the event support local veterans.
