Longtime Oceanside Car Wash Sold; New Owner Will Modernize Business

OCEANSIDE, NY — A longtime Oceanside car wash has changed ownership. Miracle Hand Wash and Detail Center on Atlantic Avenue has been sold for $2.850 million, Schuckman Realty announced.

It's a 3,000-square-foot building on a 15,000-square-foot lot.

Miracle Hand Wash has been in business for 25 years at the corner of Atlantic and Rockaway Avenue. The sale took place on March 1.

The new owner plans to maintain the car wash operation, while making substantial improvements to modernize the facility, the realtor said.
