Nearby: Shots Fired Out of Baldwin McDonald's

Nassau County Police are investigating gunfire that occurred outside of a Baldwin McDonald's Tuesday night.

First Precinct police officers responded to the McDonald's, located at 1255 Grand Ave., around 11 p.m. Tuesday.

An investigation by police determined that a dispute occurred inside the McDonald's between approximately 10 black males suspects, police said. They were asked to exit the building by employees and gun shots were then heard.

A green sedan was observed leaving the scene, police said. The suspects involved in the dispute were gone when police arrived.

No injuries were reported and an unknown caliber bullet was recovered in the parking lot, police said.

There is no further description of the suspects.
