• Professional Services proposals for ongoing power plant environmental issues. Dynalytics Corp. in the amount of $80,000 for continued technical work on power plant environmental issues and Duncan, Weinberg, Genzer and Pembroke at a cost of $90,000, for continued legal consulting work on power plant environmental issues.
• Engineering Service proposal from Cameron Engineering to perform engineering and design services for the Maple Avenue reconstruction project at a cost of $166,450.
• Engineering Service proposal from Cameron Engineering for Engineering and Landscape Architectural Services for the Centennial Park Site Improvement project at a cost of $74,750.
• Renewal of Professional Services contract with DAK Services of NY for Water Plant Operations covering the period of September 2011 through December 2011 at a cost not to exceed $12,000.
