Before the NBA lockout can end, the players and owners must agree on a new collective bargaining agreement. The new agreement will detail how much players can make, teams can spend, as well as how the league's profits will be divided.
Players like the LA Lakers Kobe Bryant and the New Jersey Nets Deron Williams are considering playing in European leagues if the lockout shortens or cancels the NBA season.
