Sunrise Gulf Has Cheapest Gas in RVC

Heading out on a weekend getaway tomorrow? Or trying to cut down on traveling expenses? Here's a guide to finding those inexpensive pumps around the village so you can save a few bucks on gas.

According to motortrend.com, the cheapest place to fill up with regular gas is at the Gulf station at 360 Sunrise Highway, which sells it at $2.99 a gallon. If you prefer the plus or premium variety, head to the Getty at 232 N. Long Beach Road, which sells plus gas at $3.09. And if it's premium you want, go to the Hess station at 580 Sunrise Highway, which has it at $3.21 a gallon. That Hess also sells the lowest priced diesel fuel, also at $3.21 a gallon.

In contrast, the most expensive regular gas can be found at the Citgo on North Village Ave., which sells it for a whopping $3.30 a gallon.
