Trump Appears To Have First Election Win In Nassau: BOE
The president-elect was in front by 33,000 vote lead with all election districts reported, the state Board of Elections said.

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — President-elect Trump didn't just win where it counted — in the battleground states — he is also ahead in Nassau County for the first time.
If the county's unofficial results hold, Trump would take Nassau by nearly five percent over Vice President Kamala Harris. He received 355,000 votes or 51.8 percent, with all Election Districts in, according to the county Board of Elections website.
By comparison, in the 2020 matchup, Trump got 326,000 votes for 44.7 percent of the county electorate. President Biden received 396,000 votes, according to Politico.

The 2016 race saw Hillary Clinton defeat Trump by 32,000 votes.
Trump also appears victorious in Suffolk County this cycle, which Newsday reports, would make him the first Republican to win Long Island since George H. W. Bush in 1988.
