VALLEY STREAM, NY — A Valley Stream store sold a Take 5 winning ticket. The ticket, worth the top prize of $33,860, was sold at Mahavir Convenience on West Merrick Road, lottery officials said.
It was for the Aug. 8 evening drawing. There are no details on who had the winning ticket.
There are two Take 5 drawings daily with numbers drawn from one to 39.
