Woman Found Dead In Long Island Pond: Police
She was found dead in the pond Sunday morning, police say.
BALDWIN, NY — A woman was found dead in a Baldwin pond early Sunday, police said.
According to Nassau County police detectives, at 7:50 a.m., officers responded to Millburn Pond after reports of a body in the water; upon arrival, officers located and recovered a woman's body, police said.
She was pronounced dead at the scene by responding Nassau County Police paramedics, police said.
