Early Morning Car Fire On Lavender Lane Investigated
The 2014 Dodge Durango was unoccupied at the time of the fire, and has been towed to a secure police impound.
On April 6, 2025, at approximately 4:50 a.m., the City of Rye Police and Rye Fire Department responded to a reported car fire on Lavender Lane. Upon the arrival of emergency services the vehicle was found fully engulfed. The fire was quickly extinguished and the cause and origin of the fire remain under investigation.
