• They're Back. This Time, Local Anonymous Development Group is Floating Their Own Comp Plan. (ryerecord.com) — A secretive group calling itself the Rye Community Planning Collaborative is pushing its own unofficial comprehensive plan and criticizing city boards, while remaining anonymous. Rye officials, including the Board of Appeals chair and new Mayor Josh Nathan, are pushing back and promising to prioritize an official update to the city’s long-outdated 1985 comprehensive plan.
