Car Carrier Overturns on LIE Off-Ramp
The driver of the car carrier escaped with only minor injuries Wednesday afternoon.
HOLTSVILLE, NY –A tractor-trailer car carrier overturned on a Long Island Expressway off-ramp Wednesday afternoon.
It happened just before 4 p.m. on the off-ramp from Express Drive South onto northbound Nicolls Road in Holtsville.
The driver of the car carrier was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries via a Holtsville Fire Department ambulance.
