Checkers To Open New Locations In Suffolk County: Report
The first of four opened in Lake Ronkonkoma last week.
LAKE RONKONKOMA, NY — Checkers plans to open four new locations in Suffolk County, and one reportedly opened last week in Lake Ronkonkoma.
The Portion Road restaurant opened Wednesday and the chain plans to open other locations in Shirley, Brentwood, and Central Islip, a spokesperson told Patch.
The locations will have updated store formats, the outlet reported.

Paramjit Josan and Manjit Singh of the franchise group, Uni LLC, have signed ground leases for the pad sites that have Checkers restaurants at 7 Wheeler Rd. in Central Islip and 1825 Brentwood Rd. in Brentwood, Long Island Business News reported.
Each restaurant is 1,100 square-feet with double drive-thru windows, according to the outlet.
