Chubs Meats' Newest Location Opens In Ronkonkoma Monday
Chubs Meats & Catering, the third store from the owners of Chubs Meats in Medford, is having a soft opening this week.
RONKONKOMA, NY—The owners of a popular butcher shop in Medford, Chubs Meats, are opening the doors to their third Long Island business this week. In addition to the original butcher shop, a Chubs Burgers Burritos and Heroes deli opened last year in Farmingville. The newest Chubs Meats & Catering has been eagerly anticipated by local fans of the brand.
Chubs Meats Ronkonkoma took over the former Galeotafiore Italian pork store at 896 Johnson Ave.

"Well Ronkonkoma, we’re here (kinda.) Tomorrow we finally open our doors at 10 a.m. for a soft opening. It’s been a very long time coming. This store was something we envisioned and it finally came to life, almost a year in the making."
The owners also asked customers to appreciate that the business is starting with a soft opening.
