Drunk Driver Crashed Near Elementary School: Police
A woman is charged with aggravated DWI, which is filed when a driver's blood alcohol content is more than double the legal limit.

A 31-year-old woman faces DWI charges after she was involved in a crash near a Holbrook elementary school Tuesday, police said.
Emily Templeton crashed her 2018 Honda on Broadway Avenue near Merrimac Elementary School at 4:50 p.m. Suffolk Police said a report did not indicate what Templeton crashed into, but no injuries were reported.
Templeton, of Holbrook, was charged with aggravated DWI and DWI. Police would not say what Templeton's blood alcohol content was at the time of the crash, but an aggravated DWI charged is filed when a driver's BAC is alleged to be .18 percent or higher. The legal limit is .08.
