Free Memory Screenings Offered at Sunrise Living

Assemblyman Al Graf, R,C–Holbrook, is urging his constituents to observe National Memory Screening Day by getting a free Alzheimer’s test on November 13.

Free, confidential memory screenings and information about Alzheimer’s will be available at NCCL Sunrise Senior Living of Holbrook in conjunction with National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month, sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA), according to Graf. 

“Alzheimer’s is a debilitating disease that has affected countless families in our communities,” said Graf, in a statement. “Early detection is critical in combating this sickness, and the free screenings being offered on November 13 are a tremendous opportunity to take a proactive approach to fighting this illness. This is a problem that is too severe to ignore. Please make sure to get out on November 13 and get your free screening.”
