Greifeld Inks Contract Extension with Nasdaq

According to multiple sources, Nasdaq has extended Sachem alum Bob Greifeld's tenure as chief executive by five years, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing Tuesday.

Greifeld has served in this position since 2003.

As CEO he will receive an annual base salary of not less than $1,000,000 and annual incentive compensation that is targeted at not less than 200 percent of base salary based on the achievement of one or more performance goals established for such year by the management compensation committee of NASDAQ OMX's board of directors.
