Habanero's Tex Mex Of Holbrook May Return For 1-Day Pop-Up
The popular restaurant closed in 2018. The owner could return for a one-day Habanero's night if the demand is there.
HOLBROOK, NY — Habanero's Tex Mex of Holbrook closed at the end of 2018. On Tuesday, Brian Kiley, the owner said the popular eatery could return for a one-night pop-up if the demand is there, according to a Facebook post.
"Well I have read all of your posts and private messages ….. it’s truly amazing that after all this time I’m still missed," Kiley wrote. "I have a location in mind to possibly create a pop-up Habanero’s night …. I’m willing to commit and put the work into a limited menu."
Kiley asked the community what they would want on the menu for the pop-up.

"And if I have enough response and commitments on your end, I WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN!" he wrote.

Habanero's in 2018 announced it would not return for 2019. Residents were shocked by the news, as many had given the eatery glowing reviews during its stint.
