Letter to the Editor: Breast Cancer Awareness

Hi Everyone!

By the looks of it you all have your shirts, as well as many of our students, administrators, secretaries, food service and especially our Board of Ed. How exciting is this!  

Now for the work that goes with it: fund raising and the walk this Sunday at Jones Beach. Please meet at Jones Beach between 8 and 10 a.m. At the Suffolk NYSUT tent in the Commercial Sponsor Area for photo opportunities. There is no need to bring your donation money to the tent as we will still be fundraising in the Buildings through October, so you can turn it in to the SCTA in your home building at the end of the month.  

We also need your continued help with the baskets and donations for “Ladies Night Out “raffles on November 1, at Villa Lombardi’s.  Make sure you get your table seating’s in ASAP as they are on a first come first serve basis.  Remember our Principal’s, Administrators, Board of Ed. , Secretaries are also invited to attend.  Most importantly please advise us as to any breast cancer survivors who will be attending so that we can order the appropriate number of gifts for our survivor ceremony that evening.
