Mamma Lombardis Donating 50 Gallons of Sauce a Month to Sachem

The Lombardi family, known for their restaurants and food related services around the community, are donating 50 gallons of sauce a month to the Sachem Central School District.

Mamma Lombardi Sauces, located in Holbrook, N.Y., will donate 25 gallons bi-weekly alternating between the two high schools, Sachem East and Sachem North.

“We wanted to do something within the community,” said Scott Borland, the director of operations for Mamma Lombardi Sauces. “Several of the Lombardis went to Sachem, so we figured it would be a nice thing to do.”
