National Night Out Planned For Centereach Pool Complex

CENTEREACH, NY — National Night Out is planned to kick off at the Town of Brookhaven's Centereach Pool Complex on Aug. 5.

It will run from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

The event will include swimming, music, food trucks, and more.

National Night Out is a nation-wide event with the aims to build relationships between law enforcement and the community.

The event was organized in conjunction with town councilmen Kevin LaValle and Neil Manzella, the Suffolk County Police Department's 6th Precinct in Selden, and the Middle Country Library.

The pool complex is located at 286 Hawkins Rd., Centereach.
