Pickup Truck Impounded 'In Association' With Hit-And-Run In Suffolk: Cops
UPDATE: The 2004 Dodge Ram was found in the Holbrook area, Suffolk police said. No arrests have been made.
HOLBROOK, NY — Suffolk police found a 2004 Dodge Ram pickup and "impounded it in association" with the fatal hit-and-run in Holbrook on Sunday, a spokesperson said.
The pickup was found in the Holbrook area but no arrest has been made, according to the spokesperson.
No additional information was immediately released.

Fifth Precinct officers responded to a report of a man on the east side of Coates Avenue, just north of Frank Court, at around 5 p.m., according to police.
Richard Dirocco, 63, of Holbrook was taken by ambulance to Long Island Community Hospital in East Patchogue where he was pronounced dead, police said.

It is believed he was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene, according to police.
