Ronkonkoma Office Building Sells For $1.6M: Report

RONKONKOMA, NY — ADE Enterprises Corp. has purchased a 13,700-square-foot office building on one acre at 5018 Express Drive South in Ronkonkoma with plans to make upgrades, Long Island Business News reported.

The sale price for the 42-year-old three story building, which has parking for 56 vehicles, equates a 6.8 percent cap rate and it was orchestrated through the Ten-X commercial real estate sales platform, the outlet reported.

RC Commercial Partners Ron Epstein represented both the buyer and seller, Ronkonkoma Partners LLC, in the transaction, according to the outlet.
