Sachem Patch Looking for Breast Cancer Stories

It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Sachem Patch will be featuring stories about the topic all month long.

In hopes of getting stories up about specific Sachem community members and activities, we're looking for your help to submit story ideas.

What we're looking for?

To profile survivors
Any charity funds set up in the community
Local walks and events being held
Stories about fund-raising events
High school and other students engaging in projects to help raise the awareness
Bloggers: Local Voices that touch on topics that bring a personal perspective on what it’s like to go through it (whether for oneself or as a family member/friend)
Have you thrown a mammogram party?
Any other story ideas about Breast Cancer Awareness Month that you can think of!
