At Sagamore Middle School, students signed a drug-free pledge on a bulletin board, decorated the hallways with red ribbons and held a sock donation collection for those experiencing homelessness. Additionally, the building invited high school students down for its “Teens as Teachers” workshops, where older students pushed into sixth grade classes to provide important lessons about responsibility and decision-making.
