Sachem Youth Sports Notebook: LI Stingers Update

The Long Island Stingers is a local travel team made up of mostly Sachem residents, many who are current and former Sachem East varsity players.

As of July 8, the Stingers are 4-2 in the regular season and have played well during its tournament schedule.

• Hits: Bryan Vaccaro and Papakonstantis, 5
• Doubles: Anthony Telesca, 3

• RBI: Vaccaro, Telesca, Kersich, 4
