Suspects Swiped More Than $2.5K In Meds From Walgreens In Selden: Police

SELDEN, NY — Suffolk police are searching for two men they say swiped around $2,580 in over-the-counter medication from Walgreens in Selden back in July.

Two men forced open a locked cabinet and stole the medications from the chain's Middle Country Road location on July 25 at around 4:20 p.m., police said.

Police have released images taken from security video, including one of a man wearing dark-colored pants and a white t-shirt, and a white SUV.

The crime has been classified grand larceny.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
