Week 5 Preview: Sachem North at Connetquot
Flaming Arrows travel to T-Birds country for afternoon action.

Forget Connetquot's 1-3 record. This game is filled with reasons why Sachem needs to come and play and not take the Thunderbirds lightly.
For one, this can't be viewed as another trap game in between Longwood and William Floyd. Coming off a big and emotional win against Longwood in Week 4, Sachem must use the momentum and continue to improve in all areas of the field.
Clearly, the Flaming Arrows are the more dominant team entering Thursday's contest, but anything can happen come game time.

Time/Venue: Thursday, Oct. 6 at 3:30 p.m. on the road
In game battles: Watch for Sachem's offensive line to continue to improve, so that Dalton Crossan can continue to do what he does best: run wild. Connetquot doesn't have any marquee threats aside from fullback/linebacker Joe Cirrone. They have young skilled players and will be weak in some key areas.
Next up: Sachem travels to William Floyd, Thursday, Oct. 15 at 1:30 p.m.
