$1 Million Powerball Prize Claimed By Oakdale Woman

The winning ticket was sold at a smoke shop in Newburgh, according to the New York Lottery.

OAKDALE, NY – An Oakdale woman claimed a $1,000,000 Powerball second prize for matching the first five numbers drawn on March 25, the New York Lottery announced on July 25.

The lucky winner was Jessica Dull, who received a one-time lump sum payment totaling $651,000, after required withholdings, lottery officials said.

The winning ticket was purchased at Smokes 4 Less located at 59 North Plank Road in Newburgh, officials said.

According to officials, Dull's winning numbers were 07 11 19 53 68 Powerball 23.

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26.

The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
