Bayport District Students Spread Kindness and Cheer
Two teacher "elves" helped students spread holiday cheer by making positive letters, delivering candy canes and singing holiday songs.
Blue Point Elementary first-graders in Lisa DePaoli’s and Tracy Horowitz’s classes learned new ways to spread kindness to all with the help of two holiday elves, according to a school news release.
The spirited pair encouraged students to share compliments with their peers, which included drafting positive letters, delivering candy canes, singing holiday songs through the halls and helping to beautify the school grounds, the release states.
