Bayport resident John Patrick O'Hara, 54, died on Nov. 15, 2013. Visitation will take place Monday Nov. 18 from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Raynor &amp; D'Andrea Funeral Home 683 Montauk Hwy. Bayport. A funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at Mary Immaculate RC Church, Bellport. Cremation private.
