The Saint Ursula Center on Middle Road inBlue Point will hold a "on the Wings of Hope" Christmas Tree Lighting event on Dec. 1 at 4 p.m. A service will follow in the chapel. There will be refreshments and music as well as a presentation by Maxed Out Drug Prevention to help keep children clean from drugs.
