Man Arrested For Bohemia Bank Robbery: Police

Police say the 28-year-old robbed a bank last month.

Suffolk Police say they have caught the man who robbed a bank in Bohemia last month.

Nicholas Marino, 28, is charged with third degree robbery, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and false personation.

According to police, Marino entered the Capital One bank located at 4110 Veterans Memorial Highway at 9:43 a.m. on Jan. 14, approached a teller and presented a note demanding cash. The teller complied with the Marino's demands and gave him cash from the drawer, police say.

Marino, of Selden, will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip Tuesday.
