Police Seek Public's Help With $10,000 Worth Of Stolen Tools
The trailer the tools were in was found, but police are still looking for the tools, the SUV and the person or people who drove them away.

SAYVILLE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fifth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person or people who stole a trailer full
of tools in Sayville in January.
The trailer was taken from outside a Candee Avenue home at about 11:30 p.m. Jan. 22.

Police said the trailer has been recovered but all the tools inside are still missing. They were valued between $8,000 - $10,000.

The suspect was driving a dark colored SUV, police said.
