Sayville High School Celebrates Class of 2025

Commencement Ceremony Held on Football Field

Sayville High School recently held its Commencement Ceremony, celebrating the school’s Class of 2025 in front of their family, friends, community members, teachers, building and District administration, and the Board of Education. The ceremony took place on the school’s football field on June 27.

Sayville’s graduates were honored during the ceremony for their hard work, dedication, commitment, and personal growth throughout their time at the high school and in the District. Speeches imparting words of wisdom were delivered by valedictorian Gioia Racanelli, salutatorian Taylor Carpentieri, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Marc Ferris, Principal Stephanie Bricker, Senior Class Vice President Lily Pierce, and Board of Education Trustee Dr. James Bertsch, Jr.

“Every single member of the Class of 2025 has worked extremely hard to have the opportunity to celebrate commencement here today,” said Dr. Marc Ferris. “I am so proud of each of these students, and I hope that they will take all of the lessons of caring and learning imparted upon them in Sayville Schools to the next chapter of their lives and beyond.”
