A Sayville man is facing a charge of driving while impaired following an arrest on November 16.
Police say John Casey, 50, was driving erratically on Lakeland Avenue in Sayville about 9:50 a.m., and upon investigation was deemed impaired.
Casey posted $1,500 cash bail at his arraignment on November 17. He is due back in court on November 22.
