Why are you seeking this office?

As a naturalized citizen, I am motivated by gratitude to the United States of America for my rescue, citizenship, and education.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I am a Pediatrician, not a Politician.

I have served as Village Trustee, Police Commissioner, Fire Commissioner, and Mayor of The Village of Scarsdale. In addition, as Medical Director of The Bronxville School District, I was able to keep our schools open during the pandemic.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

"I lift my lamp beside the golden door."

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

Besides the voluntary, elected government positions in Scarsdale Village, I am also a lifelong volunteer at hospitals and schools in The Bronx and Westchester.
