• Pool Negotiations Reach the Finish Line: $70.4mm Indoor-Outdoor Pool to Be Built in Scarsdale (scarsdale10583.com) — Scarsdale trustees have unanimously approved a $70.4 million year-round indoor-outdoor pool complex to replace the aging Scarsdale Pool, a decision that will shape recreation and taxes for years. After extensive public feedback and committee study, the board chose the most ambitious option, with design work in 2026, construction through 2027, and a planned reopening for the 2028 season.
