Halloween Went On In Scarsdale Despite Sandy

Although Mother Nature pulled a nasty trick on Scarsdale, some parents pulled together to give the kiddos a little Halloween treat.

At Great Play in Scarsdale, the kids' gym held an indoor Halloween party for the little ones, complete with costumes, cupcakes and story time.

In the Quaker Ridge neighborhood, residents came together to let the children trick or treat in costume, too.
