Teens at Scarsdale High School slipped into their legislative costumes Wednesday afternoon, taking part in a four-hour mock congress event.
"This Congressional simulation is one of my favorite academic events at the high school, and is one of many examples of how critical and creative thinking is taught here," said Vicki Presser, the schools' public information officer.
