Police: Hartsdale Woman Threatens Man Via Text, Phone Conversations

The following information was provided by the Yorktown Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 35-year-old Hartsdale woman is accused of violating two orders of protection against a Yorktown resident when she contacted him via phone and text messages,  said.

Diana Grima, who was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony; and second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, is due in court on Thursday.

Police said they received a report on May 17 that Grima had allegedly contacted the man and made threatening statements during the conversations with him. When police were "unable to get" Grima to appear at the Yorktown Police Department voluntarily, they issued a warrant for her arrest.
