Ryan Declares Victory in County Legislator Race
As of 11:45 p.m. on Tuesday evening, Ryan led the race with 4,616 votes or 60 percent of voter turnout.

Westchester County Legislator Bill Ryan, a Democrat, was waiting for more results to come in before he accepted his win as County Legislator in tonight's election. Ryan was running against Republican candiate Dr. Iris Pagan to keep his seat representing District 5, which covers White Plains and Scarsdale.
The unofficial results as of 11:45 p.m. are as follows:

Meanwhile, Jeffrey L. Levin, the uncontested candidate for Scarsdale's Town Justice, received 1,004 votes.Β
