The parade begins at Boniface Circle and will continue to and on Popham Road towards Post Rd, making a left onto Church Lane, proceeding down Church Lane, making a left onto Crane Road, proceeding down Crane Road, and making a left back onto Chase Road, with the parade concluding in Chase Park. It is anticipated that Popham Rd, Church Lane and Crane Road will be closed to vehicular traffic for periods of time between approximately 9:30 a.m. β 10:30 a.m. as the parade marches its route. However, Popham Road, Church Lane and Crane Road will only be closed to traffic when the parade is on one of those specific streets. Scarsdale Police will be putting up detour signs so that traffic can continue to flow.
Please be advised that these activities will necessitate the closing of the following Village Center streets on May 30th beginning at about 6 a.m. until as late as about 12 p.m.: β Chase Road, Christie Place, Spencer Place, Boniface Circle and Harwood Court o Please note that the Christie Place Garage Ground Level (4 Hour Parking) will remain open to the general public for the duration of the event. The above streets will also have their meters βbaggedβ with notices stating βNo Parkingβ at approximately 1 a.m. May 30th. Please do not park on the above streets after this time. We estimate that these streets will reβopen following the conclusion of the ceremony in Chase Park at around 12 p.m. Please join us on this very special day in remembering those that paid the ultimate sacrifice while in service to our country.
