Scarsdale Man Charged With DWI

A Scarsdale man was arrested in Bedford after Bedford Police observed his car drifting and making abrupt stops on Bedford Road.

Jordan White, 42, was stopped at 2:49 a.m. on Sept. 16 after he struck his Land Rover on a curb in the roadway, according to police.

Police said they noticed he had bloodshot, glassy eyes, and his breath smelled of alcohol.

Police administered field sobriety tests, which he failed, according to the police report. White refused an alco-sensor test at the scene, according to the report. He was taken to police headquarters where he refused to take a chemical test.

White was charged with DWI and released without bail pending a court appearance.
