State Police: Scarsdale Man Arrested

The following information is from the New York State Police. It does not indicate a conviction:

On September 9, at approximately 8:25 pm, the New York State Police in Hawthorne arrested William J. Lund, 38, of Scarsdale, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th-cocaine and Unlawful Possession Marijuana.  After a traffic stop for Failure to Signal and a probable cause search on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Greenburgh, Lund was found to be in possession of 1.2 grams of cocaine and 1.5 grams of marijuana.

Lund was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th-Cocaine and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and was held at SP Hawthorne to be arraigned at Greenburgh Court on 9/10/12.
