Apply For A Loan/Grant Program To Protect Your Home from Flood Or Rain Damage
The New York State Homes and Community Renewal program is offering financial assistance of up to $50,000 for homeowners at risk of
flooding who have sustained property damage due to heavy rainfalls or other flooding events.
Who is eligible: Owner-occupied, 1-4 unit buildings. with low to moderate income (120% of area median).
Projects can include: Repairing Flood Damage; Floodproofing Interior Systems or Elevating Electrical Equipment.
