'Elves' Back On A Firetruck In Mastic Beach
Principal Dominic Ciliotta and Assistant Principal Jackie Cabrera are preparing for a month long of appearances.
MASTIC BEACH, NY — The elves are back at school, school officials say.
Principal Dominic Ciliotta and Assistant Principal Jackie Cabrera returned to Tangier Smith Elementary School in Mastic Beach on Monday.
Ciliotta and Cabrera donned the red and white “Elf on the Shelf” outfits, welcoming students back to school in preparation for surprise appearances over the month. They were escorted by the Mastic Beach Fire Department in what is now becoming a holiday tradition at Tangier.
