Man Charged In Connection With Exposing Himself At Walmart In Yaphank: Police
It happened at around 4:20 p.m. on Nov. 8, Suffolk police say.
SHIRLEY, NY — A Shirley man has been charged in connection with exposing himself inside of Walmart in Yaphank, Suffolk police said.
The man, 54, exposed "intimate body parts" inside of the store at around 4:20 p.m. on Nov. 8, and was later charged with exposure of a person on Nov. 17, a violation, according to police. He is set to appear in First District Court in Central Islip for his arraignment on Dec. 5, court records show.
It is not clear if he has legal representation.
