Motorist Strikes Pole In Shirley Sunday: Police
No serious injuries were reported, police say.
SHIRLEY, NY — A motorist struck a pole in Shirley early Sunday, police said.
According to Suffolk County Police, the incident took place at 12:39 a.m. when a vehicle struck a pole in the northbound lane of William Floyd Parkway and Linden Lane; although flames were reported, police said there were no serious injuries.
